When are we getting raises ? It's been years of reporting doing well and still nothing. I've worked for this company for 5 years and make only 3% more than when I started, and with inflation, that's me making less every single year I don't get a raise. How can you boast excellence when 90% of my 150 person team is new and the 10% who stayed make less than a random with no experience being hired ??? When you call onto the service desk with dxc, it's literally people who are newer than the callers trying to learn the same systems the callers are confused over Pay your employees properly. We can't literally function as adults for 18 an hour to hand out launch codes.

Congratulations James Walker It would be interesting to know the ideas under the hat 🤠 for transforming an organisation via Non Labor. Ideas for Transforming payroll are old school, mostly inhumane negative practices.
