With Christmas only two weeks away, here are five tips to make the season a little brighter and less stressful: 1️⃣ Simplify Your Schedule: Prioritize what truly matters. It’s okay to say no to extra events. 🎉 2️⃣ Stick to Routines: Keep bedtimes, meals, and daily rhythms consistent to help everyone feel grounded. 🕰️ 3️⃣ Plan Breaks: Create quiet moments for you &/or your family to recharge between holiday activities. 🧘 4️⃣ Set Realistic Expectations: Not every moment has to be perfect—focus on connection, not perfection. ❤️ 5️⃣ Celebrate Your Way: Incorporate traditions that work for your family, and let go of ones that add stress. 🎁 Remember, the best gift you can give is a joyful and calm holiday experience.
