Last Thursday Microsoft, Accenture the Netherlands and Avanade jointly organized our second (and sold out again) edition of the Masterclass AI for Finance Leaders. We had so many interesting conversations and insights! We are very thankful for our customers Royal HaskoningDHV, Flora Food Group, Booking.com, Vion Food Group, Randstad, Shell and more to discuss with us their challenges and bright idea’s! To give you all some insights in what has been discussed: Top priorities for Finance Leaders: - Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage AI to analyze vast datasets, automate labor intensive reconciliation processes, to shift towards generating high quality actionable insights faster. - Dynamic Reporting: Enhancing standard dashboards with AI-driven summaries, alerts, and recommendations to provide deeper insights. Efficiency and Automation: Streamline routine processes, improving data quality and freeing up capacity. - Cost Savings: Discover opportunities for cost reduction through process optimization and automation. - Fraud Detection: Use of AI to flag fraudulent transactions, ensuring data integrity and security. The enabling Factors: - Realization that currently there are already building blocks available within the enterprise. - Determining and building towards foundations within the enterprise to enable near-term and long-term strategic value adding use cases.
