Is Amazon Endorsing Scams on Its Platform? I ordered a brand new Dell Docking Station from what appeared to be Amazon's official Dell store, only to receive not one but two refurbished, scratched, and repackaged units. Twice, I was promised a new item, yet both replacements were in worse shape than the first. When I looked into the seller’s profile, I saw reviews dating back years with similar complaints about receiving used products. But here’s the shocking part: Amazon has apparently been removing similar feedback from other buyers, raising serious questions about how they’re doing business. Instead of siding with customers, Amazon’s actions suggest they're protecting sellers engaging in deceptive practices, allowing this cycle to continue. This feels like a betrayal of the trust that loyal customers place in the platform. If Amazon can’t ensure basic honesty and transparency, it might be time to rethink where we shop.
