The robots are coming! 🤖 While we’re not quite at the stage of having robots in our business teams, building quality teams is still essential. But here’s the catch: hire people who embrace technology. Look for team members who are tech-savvy, open-minded, and see the value in leveraging the right tools to improve performance. If they fear tech or resist innovation, my advice is simple: don’t hire them. The future belongs to those who adapt. Build a team that’s ready to thrive in it! 🚀
