𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘀. Identify and eliminate obstacles. Smooth the path for creativity. 2. 𝗙𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴. Encourage your team to grow. Knowledge feeds innovation. 3. 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀. Yes, failures. They’re a sign of trying. Learn from them. Move on stronger. 4. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀. Give your team what they need. Tools, time, support. Innovation needs fuel. 5. 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗳𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺. There are traits that set them apart; They can't be put in a box, as they won't just fit in 🗳. It's either it is excellent or it won't be done. 'Cos their works answer to their own satisfaction✅️. 'Regular' doesn't describe them, 'Unconventional' does. They've got 1001+ ideas running through their head space in a twinkle.💡 They are most useful in curating ideas and stewarding it til it comes to fusion. They are called 𝓒𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓽𝓲𝓿𝓮𝓼. So, if you have them as a part of your team, do well to manage them rightly. They will help give wings to your vision ✈️.
