Talk for HKUST Entrepreneurship 101 Training Program Our principal, Ms. Pauli Wong, was invited by HKUST to speak at their Entrepreneurship 101 Training Program on the topic of protecting start-ups through intellectual property. Her talk, titled "Patent 101 for Entrepreneurs and Start-Ups," covered the fundamentals of IP, with a particular focus on patents. She highlighted often-overlooked aspects and shared invaluable tips to help start-up entrepreneurs avoid common pitfalls. Pauli really enjoyed giving the talk and felt inspired by the positive feedback from the audience. She found it rewarding to share her knowledge about intellectual property and its importance for entrepreneurs. This experience has motivated her to give more presentations in the future, as she wants to reach more people and help them understand IP better. On a side note, we want to wish the HKUST Entrepreneurship Center a happy 25th anniversary, which they are celebrating this week! # intellectual property #HKUST # start-up entrepreneurs # Strategic IP Portfolio

Have we fully tapped to the power of education! No we haven't! Well fully leveraging the power of education can be pivotal in building a successful ecosystem for entrepreneurs. However, our current education system often falls short in nurturing these special individuals. Not everyone is destined to be an entrepreneur, but imagine if we integrated basic entrepreneurial principles into the curriculum for all students. This shift could transform lives, fostering innovation and resilience across all sectors. By teaching everyone the foundational skills of entrepreneurship, we can unlock untapped potential and drive societal progress. Let's advocate for an education system that prepares everyone to thrive in an ever-evolving world. #EducationReform #Entrepreneurship #FutureLeaders #Innovation #LifelongLearning
