Key points ♥️IP AUDIT❤️ 💥You pay £750 inc VAT and gov pays £2,250 in VAT for a lovely and very useful, bespoke IP audit. Our clients have found these very useful, both for their own internal uses, and presenting their IP position to investors ❤️IP ACCESS♥️ 💥You get £2,250 in VAT towards the cost of some IP advice/work relevant to your business - you have to pay at least 50% total cost of that project. e.g. Towards from FTO works, or a new patent application 💥You can get this if ----you have identified something IP related you need to do during discussions with your advisor from one of the partner organisations ----you have been through the IP audit scheme in the last 12m and want to implement the recommendations ---you had an IP audit >12m ago, but recommendations still need implementing and there are reasons why you've not done it yet. So to get IP access, you don't need to have done an IP audit. But if you've done an IP audit and have things left to do (which I'm sure you all do!) - apply!
