I'm excited to share that our project, titled "Insilico Studies Unveiling the Hepatoprotective Potential of Morus alba: Docking and ADMET Analysis," has been published in the 𝘐𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘑𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘰𝘧 𝘈𝘺𝘶𝘳𝘷𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘤 𝘔𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘦. This work explores the potential hepatoprotective effects of Morus alba through in silico methods, including molecular docking and ADMET analysis. A special thanks to our project guide, Mr. Yashwant D. Nakhate, for his invaluable guidance and support at every step of the way. His expertise and mentorship were crucial to the success of this project. 🎉 Congratulations to Soon-Gook Hong and his supervisor Prof. Julia Mack from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, UCLA, on their latest publication! 📰 The study, published in The Journal of Clinical Investigation, explores the intricate relationship between endothelial cell morphology and the anti-inflammatory phenotype induced by high laminar shear stress in the descending aorta. 🔬 The study utilized the ibidi µ-Slide I 0.4 Luer ibiTreat and the µ-Slide y-shaped ibiTreat to apply shear stress and seed endothelial cells. This innovative approach helped reveal that both cell body elongation and sustained flow are essential for TRPV4 signaling and the resulting anti-inflammatory effects. 🙌 Kudos to the entire team.
