#ManVsProstate: With the upcoming EAU meeting in Paris and AUA meeting in San Antonio, it is time for a strategic realignment of our efforts. First, we all need to pull together to support all the efforts of our academic Defenders of the Detrusor as they lead the charge with their carefully designed and insightful research. Second, I can best support them by reaching directly out to the masses with the BPH360 podcast and the MVP MANifesto. Dovetailing our efforts on two different fronts will provide the momentum needed to realize a reimagined BPH BPO care pathway.

We have a national and global security crisis. it's time for level headed people on all sides to admit it and put all their self interested gripes aside. Given the level of Anticipatory Obedience we are seeing across "leadership", power structures and media dressing it up as "fair and balanced" coverage (easily disproven by their perpetual "she must be flawless while he gets to be rampantly lawless" and the false equivalence they permit) - now would be a good time to read Autocracy Inc, follow Ms. Applebaum, and read her great work on this topic.
