Can Gen AI solve some of the world’s biggest problems quicker? 👀 I was invited to speak at an EarthAI hackathon last week at the Conduit Social Club and the night before, I decided to build 3 MVPs to demo how Gen AI can be used to help save the world. - a Product finder (finds eco-friendly products and gets you links to products) - Judge My Fridge (asks the user to share a photo of their fridge and estimates the CO2 footprint of contents and gives alternatives for the user to consider)? - Personal Carbon Calculator (estimates your CO2 footprint from your activities throughout the week and suggests a way to improve it) I even built an ideation partner that was designed to help attendees come up with ideas and project plans based on the problem they want to solve. And I must say, despite not having the database, my MVPs were quite cool. Here’s the secret, I built these tools in 1 night so imagine the potential! Top of my head - add scope 3 frameworks, build in licensed data (not just estimations grabbed online) etc. What will you build? 🍋🍋🍋 EarthAI Ben Keene Katie McPhee
