Reflect, Learn, Adapt, Achieve: The Silvermine Spirit! What happens when an incredible team meets a breathtaking location? #CoorgMarriott Reflection, communication, and celebration… with a heaping side of fun to ensure a memorable time for every team member! While attending the offsite in beautiful Coorg, the team had several objectives: acknowledge and appreciate the wins that made the company stronger and more successful; identify and examine the challenges we overcame to make us smarter and better at our jobs; and, most importantly, excite and motivate the team with the big ideas and game-changing projects that will make our 2025 nothing short of momentous! The trip wasn’t all work. We got to know each other over a night of trivia; teamed up to compete in an ingenious scavenger hunt; and were blown away by the hidden skills of our colleagues who participated in the talent show. Who knew we had so many budding dancers and singers! And the trip wouldn’t be complete without pausing to recognize our teammates whose stellar performance and outsized contributions earned them special awards and well-earned rewards. Wow! How has it already been a year?! I’ll tell you what though… that old saying “time flies when you’re having fun” couldn’t be more true. Here’s what I’ve learned this past year working as a Social Media Specialist for MacroAir Fans 1️⃣ Company culture is key for longevity. We spend a large majority of our lives in the workplace, so the atmosphere makes a huge difference on your well-being. 2️⃣ We are ALL learning. Not a single person knows everything about their craft, but being around people who encourage growth, and discovery make all the difference. 3️⃣ It’s okay to make mistakes. We’re all human…so it’s going to happen. We just have to shake it off, have a good laugh at ourselves, and learn from it. 4️⃣ Confidence will take you further than you could have ever imagined. We also emphasize the importance of following the rule, "If you see something, say something," to ensure small problems don’t become big ones.
