The Student Career Internship Program is a paid 11-week hands-on internship focused on career development for undergraduate, graduate students, and recent graduates. Current open positions include: 🗣️ Science Communication Intern: Assist with science writing, website and social media content, and potential visual/video projects to highlight EarthScope’s science-support activities. 📚 Educational Data and Resources Intern: Assist in data processing, data presentation, technical support documentation, and educational resources development. ☁️ Cloud OnRamp Intern: Work on advancing cloud integration for EarthScope researchers, with a focus on curating and enhancing domain-specific resources. 📊 Seismic Instrumentation Evaluation Intern: Help update software tools used for instrumentation evaluations, support the implementation of new evaluation methodologies, and streamline the evaluation process. 🗂️ Project Management Intern: Support EarthScope’s Project Management Office (PMO) by assisting in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of ongoing projects. ⚡ Distributed Acoustic Sensing (DAS) Intern: Help unlock the potential of fiber optic sensing technology and engage in practical, real-world projects that involve data visualization and big data analysis.
