A New Milestone for EasyVista’s International Expansion Strategy!🎉   I’m thrilled to announce that EasyVista has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in OTRS Group, a leading German provider of IT service management solutions. This marks a key step in our expansion into Small and Mid-Sized Organizations, while we continue to move upmarket, consolidating the success we have achieved in the last three years deploying the EasyVista Platform with larger companies.   This is also a significant milestone in our journey to becoming a leading global IT solutions provider with a solid international presence.   𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: We gain a direct foothold in Germany and the DACH region, one of Europe’s largest ITSM markets. Our combined expertise will create unparalleled value across a wider range of clients and technological platforms, driving innovation and enhancing value for customers worldwide.
