In the spirit of the team, here's why you might (and might not) want to work with us: 💚💚💚: - We're responsible for building out the story of Qualtrics, the long-lasting and legacy building nature of the org, it's AI-centricity, and the way it's giving our customers access to data (and therefore actions) they've never had before, and what it means for the people who work here. - We sit in the People team as an independent arm of the org. So we partner with TA, PR, Internal Comms, Marketing, and many others, but have autonomy by being nested directly under our Chief People Officer - We have a fairly engaged group of people around the world, making our focus on employee generated content one that's been pretty simple to fulfill. - We're focused on multi-touch attribution models for measuring success. While most teams are still focused on "source of hire," we're focused on "brand influence" and seeing that our candidates have interacted with the brand - not just that they applied in the moment - meaning you have a much clearer measure of your success at work. 🚩🚩🚩: - We've had a lot of change as an organization - especially over the last year. Our wider team can still be finding its footing again, so sometimes making employee content doesn't resonate. - We're super focused as a business - so you have to go in with your "A game" to get folks to buy in to partnering or doing things like Content Collective. It's not a given. - Folks at Qualtrics are big on understanding *why* - why we're doing something, why something will work, why XYZ hasn't been done. I put it down to the folks we've hired - they're successful, engaged, and used to being some of the best people in the places they work. This post isn’t about just #hiring but about the thought behind my designation. A few months ago, I had the unexpected opportunity to meet the Founder Geet Kumar at Twitchy Thought Creations (a story for another time!). Our conversation covered everything from business and marketing to social media and startups. It was clear that our visions aligned, and we decided to work together. Oh, and we’re both passionate bike riders! When I was offered the role, the next challenge was finding a designation that truly reflected my responsibilities. I wasn’t too concerned about the title, but she wanted it to be meaningful. That’s when my role was created: Assistant - Business Growth & Marketing. Here's what it represents: Assistant (Soul): With the experience and inspiration she brings, I assist her and constantly learn something new every day. Business Growth (Brain): To focus on long-term vision and strategic growth for the company. Marketing (Heart): My true passion, driving creativity and connection in everything I do. What I’ve come to realize is that (the boss is always right) she was right from the start. This title isn’t just a role—it’s a tag that fuels my motivation.
