RPT: Battles of the Alphas Breakthrough Therapy Designation is based on the results from phase 1 and the ongoing phase 2 clinical trials that assessed the safety and efficacy of AlphaMedixTM. In the phase 1 study, treatment was well-tolerated, with a response rate (ORR according to RECIST 1.1) of 62.5% for the GEP-NET patients who had never received PRRT with LutatheraTM, which is based on the beta-particle emitter Lutetium-177. In the phase 2 trial, the target response rate has already been achieved ahead of top-line data, expected in mid-2024.

We're excited to share details about our Phase 2 NEULARK trial of NEU-411, a brain-penetrant, potent and selective inhibitor of #LRRK2, in people living with early #Parkinsons disease (PD). The NEULARK trial represents a significant #precisionmedicine advancement in how we can effectively identify and measure therapeutic impact in LRRK2-driven PD, estimated to affect up to 30% of people living with the disease. As a major milestone in 2024, VivaCell is proud to announce the award of a €1.9 million grant from the Agencia Estatal de Investigación (AEI) under the 2023 Public-Private Collaboration Projects call. This funding will support a Phase IIa clinical trial of Etrinabdione, an innovative cannabinoid derivative with vasculogenic properties designed to target peripheral arterial disease (PAD). The project, titled “Phase IIa Clinical Trial with Etrinabdione in Patients with Peripheral Arterial Disease” (CPP2023-010650), represents a significant advancement in VivaCell's mission to drive groundbreaking research and develop innovative therapeutic solutions.
