#hiringscam It's a common complaint - #jobseekers claiming there aren't enough opportunities out there. As an employer, I can tell you that's just not the case. In fact, we have multiple #openings in our office and we're struggling to find the right candidates. The reality is that many employers are facing serious challenges when it comes to reaching and securing the right talent. Even when we do find promising candidates, they often fail to show up on the day they're supposed to start. It's frustrating, to say the least. We need to uncover the root of this issue to streamline and maximize the efficiency of the #hiringprocess. What do you think could be causing this problem?
