So far in Q2, there has been a noticeable surge in demand for Construction Procurement Managers and Project Procurement Managers Throughout New South Wales, driven by substantial investments in infrastructure projects. Securing supply in this domain can be challenging as most professionals remain passive in their job search. Specifically, only 18% of Construction Procurement Managers and 27% of Project Procurement Managers are actively seeking new opportunities. Candidates remain passive in this space as they are committed to staying until their projects have been successfully delivered and also are well remunerated. Salary packages in this sector indicate an average annual salary of $190,000 for Construction Procurement Managers and $209,000 for Project Procurement Managers. These figures reflect the competitive nature of the market and the value placed on skilled professionals in these roles. If you’re a candidate working in this field or a client looking to hire in this space and would be keen to discuss the market in more detail then please contact jessie@jigsawtm.com #procurementinsights

Not all procurement roles are created equal. For me, the best ones are where you get out of the office. I’m off to Acacia Ridge this morning to meet key stakeholders, talking all things materials, warehousing and safety. (They are on site at 6:30am) Let’s help promote procurement. What is best place you have visited as a part of your role? #procurement
