𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗰𝘆 is one of my absolute favourite parts of EVP and Employer Brand work ❤️ and I would argue is 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗼. It can be tricky to get right though.
