🚀 A month ago, we gathered in Lisbon for the Youth Experts Group meeting, where public service media leaders came together to tackle one of our biggest challenges: 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬. 👶🧒👧👦 🌟 The discussions spanned topics like talent development, the rise of gaming as a content frontier & the power of influencers to drive impactful storytelling. 𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭: 🎮 RTP Arena is leading the way in esports, transforming media engagement by hosting world-class events like BLAST Lisbon & IEM - putting public service media at the heart of the gaming conversation. 📱 S4C’s Hansh is a masterclass in connecting with youth. By turning TikTok DMs into viral ideas (hello, Nain!) & setting new standards for inclusivity with their MEDRU Project, they’re empowering deaf & disabled creators on & off-screen. 🤝 VRT has redefined influencer collaborations - co-creating campaigns, building personal branding skills & cultivating trust. It’s a game-changing approach to creating authentic & impactful content. 👑 And as France Télévisions reminds us: content is king, but distribution is queen.
