The good news: With the right steps, virtual autism can be prevented and even reversed! Here’s what you can do: • Cut screen time to under an hour a day. • Play more with your child—be silly, creative, and hands-on! • Get outside! Let them explore the world around them. Doing these exercises can bring big changes! Your Child will be able to have better eye contact with you and speak more words. You will be able to create a deep bond with you and their surroundings. #virtualautism #autismawareness #autism #ScreenTime #autismsupport #AutismFamily Dr. Swati Chitrangi, PhD, MBA

"Autism is a journey I never planned for, but I sure do love my tour guide." - Anonymous Business is personal. Autism is a big part of the reason Mabel's Labels started. The traditional workforce is not forgiving for parents, especially those who have neurodivergent children. I was that parent. Today is #WorldAutismAwarenessDay. This is "every day" for many people, but it sure is great that we take some time to acknowledge the very special folks we love and the workplaces that support them. #autism #asd #neurodiversity #workingparents #mabelslabels #womeninbusiness #momentrepreneurs
