আমরা যারা সালমান খানের ভক্ত আছি তারা মোটামুটি সবাই তার Kick মুভিটা দেখেছি। লাইফে একটা Kick বা ধাক্কা কতটা দরকার সেটাই বুঝানো হয়েছে। বাস্তব জীবন Kick এর গুরুত্ব অপরিসীম। আমরা সাধারনত ঠেকায় না পড়লে কাজ করি না বা কাজ শিখি না। চাকরি যারা করেন তাদের জন্য বড় একটা Kick হতে পারে ইন্টারভিউ। বিশেষ করে যারা ফ্রেশার বা চার- পাচ বছর হয়েছে চাকরি করছেন। আমার কথায় যদি বলি চাকরি পরিবর্তনের জন্য ২০২২ সালে আমি প্রায় ১৩ টি ইন্টারভিউ দিয়েছিলাম। তার পর আমি আমার কাঙ্খিত জবটি পেয়েছি। বিশ্বাস করেন বিগত ৪ বছর চাকরি করে যা শিখেছি তার থেকে বেশি শিখেছি ১৩ টি ইন্টারভিউ দিয়ে। কারন প্রত্যকটি ইন্টারভিউ ছিল আমার জন্য ভিন্ন ভিন্ন। কাজেই যারা চাকরি করছেন অন্তত ২ মাস পর পর একটা করে ইন্টারভিউ দিতে পারেন। এর ফলে আপনি বুঝতে পারবেন আপনার গ্যাপ গুলো কোথায়। আমি বলছিনা যে আপনি জব চেন্জ করেন। উদাহরণ স্বরুপ যদি বলি, গ্রামে হাটের দিন দেখবেন রাখাল গরু নিয়ে আসে সবাই কিন্তু বিক্রির উদ্দেশ্য গরু হাটে আনে না। কেউ নিয়ে আছে বিক্রির জন্য আর কেউ বাজার দর বুঝার জন্য। কাজেই আপনি জব চেন্জ না করলেও মাঝে মাঝে চাকরির বাজারে আসতে পারেন, ইন্টারভিউ দিতে পারেন। এর ফলে নিজের গ্যাপগুলো বুঝতে পারবেন এবং নিজেকে নতুন করে বুঝতে পারবেন। #jobmarket #HR #salary #confidence #kick #motasimbillah #careercrafter #guidline #interview #company
