🌟 Calling All HR Professionals and Recruiters: Let's Give Freshers a Chance! 🌟 🌟 I urge HR professionals and recruiters to remember your journeys from fresh graduates to experienced candidates. In today's challenging job market, many companies are prioritizing experienced candidates over fresh graduates. This trend, driven by economic uncertainties, overlooks a critical fact: every seasoned professional was once a fresher. 🔄 Remember Your Journey: As someone who has transitioned from being a fresh graduate to a professional, I understand the immense value and potential that freshers bring to the table. They are enthusiastic, adaptable, and brimming with innovative ideas. Here’s why we should reconsider our hiring strategies and open doors for fresh talent: 💡 Fresh Perspectives: Freshers come with a new outlook and a willingness to learn. They offer innovative solutions and challenge the status quo, driving creativity and growth within our organizations. 🔄 Adaptability: Having grown up in the digital age, fresh graduates are tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new technologies and methodologies, which is crucial in today's fast-paced work environment. 📈 Long-term Investment: Hiring freshers allows us to mold and train them according to our company culture and values. This investment in their growth can result in highly loyal and competent employees in the long run. 🌐 Dynamic Workforce: A diverse workforce that includes a mix of fresh graduates and experienced professionals can foster a more dynamic and balanced workplace, promoting collaboration and mutual learning. I've noticed a growing frustration among job seekers who are applying to countless positions—often 100+ applications—only to receive no response or a simple rejection due to a lack of experience. It’s disheartening to see so many talented individuals overlooked because they don't meet the "experienced candidates only" criteria. Why do companies post these positions if they aren’t willing to give candidates a chance to prove themselves? Everyone deserves an opportunity to showcase their potential and contribute to the world. Let's open the doors to new talent and give them the chance they need to thrive and make a difference. #JobSearch #TalentAcquisition #OpportunityForAll #CareerGrowth

They say you need experience to get a job, but you need a job to gain experience. So, where does that leave fresh graduates trying to start their careers? Maybe it's time for a change in how we approach entry-level hiring. #FreshGraduate #EntryLevelJobs #Hiring #ExperienceRequired #CareerBeginnings #JobSearch #FutureOfWork #GraduateChallenges #HireFreshTalent #LinkedIn #HR

**************** Think Twice Before Job Posting ************** Recruiters and HR Managers, I believe that HR managers themselves need training and development in hiring practices. It is beyond my understanding how one can demand 5 to 7 years of experience for an entry-level or associate position while offering a salary of only 40 to 50k. How can they expect 2-3 years of experience from a fresher? HR needs to rethink and understand the appropriate level of experience and salary for each position. 🙏 It's becoming a bizarre norm and culture where job descriptions for entry level positions often list requirements suitable for Managers or Managing Directors, with benefits limited to EOBI and Medical. The expectations are so unrealistic that it makes one question the value of a graduate degree. HR managers need to be more considerate. At the very least, cross-verify job postings to ensure they are appropriate for the position. For fresh graduates and associate-level roles, set realistic demands so they can be productive and advance in their careers. 💯 #HRmaanagers #Recruiters #HRCommunity #Talentacquisition #freshgraduates #jobposting #berealistic #share

#Collected #Collected #Collected Dear HR, Entry level jobs, Fresh Grads jobs should not be requiring any working experience. Not 1 year, not 2 years, not 3-5 years. 3-5 years working experience requirement is for managerial level. Reason why you offer an entry-level should be to help fresh grads gain experience, and one day become those levels that requires 3-5 years experience. Not expecting tons of experiences from them while they just graduated. Do you agree?

As the demand for workers and the number of available fresh graduates become imbalanced, it becomes easy for companies to create high barriers even for entry-level positions. Companies have profited significantly from their communities, so why not give back by making the job market accessible to everyone? Making the job market accessible is crucial as it helps stabilize the economy. When people are employed, they have the purchasing power to buy your products, driving further economic growth. Investing in your recruits never hurts a company; based on records, it will only strengthen the company's future by building a loyal, skilled, and innovative workforce.

I often see companies job ads that require 1-2 years of experiences, while at the same time labeled 'Fresh Grads are welcome'. Please redefine your '𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲'.
