Dear Teammate, Do you Know how your negative/self efficiency (the type of efficiency that focuses one’s energy on his or her goal - subset of the Team’s Goal) affects the Main Team? 3 Points. 1. Criticisms that only intend to make your team (subgroup ) excel. 2. Exuberance only in the interest of your core team (not entire Team). 3. Factionalism within the Larger Team to undermine the overall structure of the main group with showmanship that your subgroup is the best. Solutions: 1. Share a constructive dialogues to benefit All 2. Let your passion exonerate the group’s overall passion and, 3. Remember, when the main team collapses, you may be lucky but high proportion may tumble. Let’s succeed together is better than let me succeed to manage them. #LeadershipAndTeammates #LeadershipGrowth #TeamFirst

The only voices telling you “you can’t” are from those who haven’t been there. The people ahead of you? They’re the ones who will lift you up, offer guidance, and show you what’s possible. Success isn’t about competition, it’s about collaboration. Ask for help, share what you’ve learned, and make space for others at the table. That’s how we all grow together.
