#EDCMember spotlight: The Steinman Foundation As a long-standing EDC supporter and current Visionary-level Member, The Steinman Foundation has long been dedicate to improving the quality of life in Lancaster County by focusing on programs benefitting Early Childhood Education & Development; Economic & Workforce Development; and Local Journalism and Media Literacy. Recently, the Foundation had the chance to touch on all three focus areas thanks to the Lancaster County STEM Alliance's annual Educator Externship program. Over the course of two days, seven local educators paired up with Lancaster Farming & Susquehanna Printing staff for an immersive experience learning about the local ag industry and, ultimately, reporting on their experiences out in the field.
