This very disturbing and not at all isolated to media what this shows is that silence cannot be bought to hide toxic, harmful workplace culture the insidious and rife tenants of bullying, intimidation, harassment, sexism and brazen by design tactics places will go to silence victims of all types of of abuse and reprting that causes significant personal, social and environmental detriment. I suspect this is the beginning of a trail of sinister conduct of workplaces akin to modern slavery and repression. Its high time for accountability, exposure and meaningful active change to what people are exposed to. One only need to look at results in “anonymous surveys” and hear the echoes of this as a national and international pandemic. Unfortunately its rise to the surface is only just beginning. So many questions to be addressed the costs, the social impacts, environmental impacts, health impacts.. where does it all end?
