I remember my good old childhood days during Diwali. One of the chores I was given as a kid was to clean the clay diya with a newspaper, roll the wick and make its end sharp enough, fill the Diya with oil, and light it. It's such a simple act but looking back today I found a different meaning in it from a coaching perspective. If we all want to shine some light in any aspect of our life be it emotional well-being, financial wellness anything then we need to a. Take a step to identify the hurdles that are coming in the way of our wellness ( = cleaning the diya) b. Be open to sharpening our minds and tuning into our hearts ( = preparing the wick) c. Reflect deeply into our core values, beliefs, and attitudes ( = wick soaks in the oil) d. Find our light through the above process ( = lighting the diya) You can experience all of the above in a coaching session with me. Here is to all of us finding our light this Diwali. #Diwali #Coach #change #success #personaldevelopment

Happy Diwali May God bless you with Health, Wealth and Happiness! Have a great Diwali. You all are aware of the fact that Diwali is about Sri Ram reaching Ayodhya after defeating Ravan. But do you know that Sri Ram defined leadership in an amazing way. (From my book, “Achieving Meaningful Success”.) When Rama Described Leadership When the banished Prince Rama prepared to battle the formidable forces of Ravana, the multi-headed demon king of Lanka, Vibhishana, Ravana’s younger brother, asked him, ‘Rama, how are you going to defeat Ravana; you do not have even a chariot!’ Rama replied calmly, ‘I have the perfect chariot. It will help us win.’ He went on to explain. • The charioteer is his own self: he is fighting for a noble cause; he has a vision and a clear conscience. • The four wheels of his chariot are character, courage, ethics and valour. • The horses are his strength—discernment, hard work, action and perseverance. • The reins to steer the chariot are forgiveness, compassion, consistency and equanimity. • The flag on the chariot is marked with honesty and righteousness. • The armour is his knowledge and credibility. • The bows and arrows are strategy, intelligence, skills, his firm commitment and restraint on emotions like ego and anger. Rama smiled gently and said, ‘Ehi sam vijay Upaya na dooja’ (There is no other way to win). #diwali #happydiwali #mentoramillion #mentoring #leadership

✨ To All CA Warriors: Light Up This Diwali, Even If the Results Dimmed Your Path ✨ To my brothers and sisters who didn’t make it through the recent CA Foundation and Intermediate results: let’s embrace the lessons learned and celebrate this Diwali with a heart full of hope. Remember, the best teacher—failure—has imparted valuable lessons. Embrace those lessons, for they’re building your path forward. If you’re celebrating Diwali today, take a moment to reflect on how we can bring this festival of light into our lives every day: 🌟 Start believing in yourself. 🌟 Let go of the fear of failure. 🌟 Transform your mindset—let failure be your greatest teacher (Unknown). 🌟 Celebrate your setbacks; they teach the most meaningful lessons. 🌟 Hold unwavering faith in your goals. 🌟 Embrace that everything on your path arrives with purpose. Why live this way? Because: ✨ “Mind is everything. What you think, you become.” – Buddha ✨ “Strength is life, weakness is death.” – Swami Vivekananda So, think wisely and remember: Strength is life; weakness is death. May each day of your life shine as brightly as Diwali. Happy Diwali, everyone! ✨ Diwali & The Life of Lord Ram: Timeless Lessons for Professionals ✨ As we celebrate Diwali, the festival of lights, it’s a perfect moment to reflect on the profound lessons from the life of Lord Ram. His journey is not just a tale of victory over darkness, but a source of guidance in our professional lives: 🔹 Duty & Integrity: Lord Ram’s unwavering commitment to dharma reminds us to uphold integrity, even in challenging circumstances. As professionals, staying true to our values builds trust and respect, creating a lasting impact in our careers and businesses. 🔹 Resilience & Perseverance: The path was not easy, but Lord Ram’s resilience is a reminder that obstacles are part of any journey. Embracing challenges head-on and persisting can turn setbacks into growth opportunities. 🔹 Strategic Leadership: Leading with empathy and clarity, Lord Ram motivated diverse allies to achieve a common goal. Today, effective leadership is about inspiring teams, respecting diverse perspectives, and guiding them towards shared success. 🔹 Commitment to Excellence: Lord Ram’s attention to detail and quest for perfection inspires us to pursue excellence, ensuring we leave no room for compromise in our work. As we light diyas this Diwali, let’s also kindle these qualities within ourselves. Here’s to a year of growth, wisdom, and illuminating our paths with purpose. Happy Diwali! #Diwali #Leadership #ProfessionalGrowth #LessonsFromRam #FestivalOfLights #Integrity #Resilience #CommitmentToExcellence
