'Paving the way for plastic recyclability in the electrical, electronic and automotive sectors': Anticipating upcoming EU regulation, our colleagues at RecyClass extend its scope to plastic components in electrical, electronic and automotive applications, with a focus on PS and ABS, among others. RecyClass already has a decade of expertise and experience with design for recycling (DfR) guidelines and recyclability evaluation protocols for plastic packaging. It has adopted and updated multiple DfR guidelines for PS and EPS containers, as well as an evaluation protocol for PS.
