Guidelines to Ensure Training Occurs ✓Be sure to create invitations to attend the training. ✓When people register to attend the training, they should receive a registration confirmation notice and a reminder prior to the training event to ensure they have not forgotten. ✓Rosters should be created for each delivery of the training, and signatures captured to confirm attendance and participation in any pre- or post-assessments. #PMP

For all the contact center trainers in my network, here is a very helpful article by CX expert and master trainer, Sangeeta Bhatnagar on "How to keep agents engaged during training!" She makes great points about how trainers can help their agents with: 1) Feeling isolated, if the agents are remote or hybrid, 2) Short attention spans. So, agents stay engaged during training, and 3) Helping agents deal with technology challenges. It's a worthwhile read in this month's Contact Center Pipeline magazine! #contactcenter #training #CX #EX
