#Inclusion is way more than a "nice to have campaign". In the last few years a number of organizations had proved how adopting an inclusive culture helps them to thrive while supporting their employees and communities. The challenge now is to understand how wide inclusion is, and long-term changes such as corporate policies to ensure the commitment lasts over any board changes: Here is where leaders must take action.
