We must break free from local echo chambers and recognise global developments. 🔄 As the industry recovers, the challenge remains to rebuild lost commercial acumen. A 24-Hour Challenge: Pulling Off an Iconic Event for a 4-Year-Old! Yes, you read that right! Just 24 hours to create an epic celebration for a little one. How did we do it? At The Big Night, we’ve locked some of our biggest events only because we responded quickly, even after hours. When a client reached out just a night before the event to wrap a luxury car in a huge box, filled with hundreds of chrome balloons, tied with a huge ribbon, we knew we had to step up even though we had never done something like this before, it’s all about ‘Go Big or Go Home’ at The Big Night. With another event scheduled on the same day, we said yes and got straight to work! Here’s what made it possible: 1. Strong Vendor Relationships: Collaborating with suppliers who understand our standards made all the difference. 2. Teamwork: Our dedicated team came together to tackle every detail, from setup to execution. 3. Prompt Communication: This goes a long way! From responding quickly to having locked an event! 4. Creative Problem-Solving: Just 15 minutes before the reveal, we faced an unexpected gust of wind but we found a solution that ensured everything was held together for the big moment! 5. Creating Iconic Moments: We always aim to deliver the most iconic experiences that get people talking about on social media #yourviralmoment 6. Going that extra mile: At The Big Night it’s all about going that extra mile, setting up for 5 hours in the Dubai heat may have been exhausting but seeing that smile on the 4 year old’s face made us forget about all the exhaustion making sure his big moment was perfect!
