Tagging this report at the start of 2025. It is a timely and insightful contribution to the critical conversation about developing career pathways in education. I've seen the success of this type of work in action. From 2020-2024, I built dual credit academies in both healthcare and advanced manufacturing in the Austin, TX region. Developing and managing productive partnerships between industry, higher education, and K-12 institutions was absolutely essential to the success of these programs. By aligning education with real-world career opportunities, we were able to not only increase student engagement but also ensure that they were prepared with the skills and experiences they need for a successful future. This kind of collaborative approach is key to closing the skills gap and providing students with meaningful pathways from high school to success. This resource reflects and expands on the lessons my team learned. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve and scale these efforts nationwide. #EducationToCareer #WorkforceDevelopment #Partnerships #DualCreditAcademies #K12 #HigherEd #IndustryCollaboration
