Hosting a leadership offsite this week.
I’m excited to work with the SLT on all of it- the good, the bad, and ugly. Simple, complex, the defined or grey, the people, process, and tech.
Focused on crafting a vision for the future, there will also be the immediate, tactical, and review of the SWOT. But at a high level, it’s about taking what makes the company great already, and identifying opportunities to learn, grow, define, and scale.
Scaling the SLT’s strengths, understanding the gaps to reach that vision, and intentional architecture that stands beyond the basic services the company provides, but building on the foundation with their clients and team…something to be proud of working with, developing a service and brand that stands out from the fray.
All because of their passion and purpose for doing great work and serving as a true partner to their client partners.
Your service based business can’t be defeated by commoditization—as long as you commit to it's purpose, vision, and execution, for your people and clients—mediocrity won’t stand a chance.
Standing for something beyond the product, service, or widget…that attracts talent, partners, and clients >>
Conviction in your vision, backed by high quality people, hard work and innovation—these create a business that is more than dollars and cents.
