Apogee is more than just our company’s name, it reflects our ambition to Create Peak Value. We’re thrilled to present our latest video that showcases how our team is Creating Peak Value. Enjoy! 📽️
We want to do what hasn't been done before. That means you got to try new things. You have to innovate. We want to be different. We want to be the best. We know it won't be easy, but we have a mission to do that. The word apogee means highest point or peak. So when we talk about creating peak value, obviously we're tying into the name of the company. But when we step back and we did that strategy work and we thought about where we want to take the company, we looked at how do we invest in our employees so that they can deliver the most value for our customers. And we knew by doing those two things we're going to generate value for our shareholders. As well look by and strength of Apogee provides a single source solution. We work together when we can and sometimes we work separately. We're there for the customer to service them the way they need us. Apogee really has gotten to be a solid unit with all the different business units. We're getting to build relationships with other folks from the other business units and really working together as a team to be a stronger Apogee and a stronger company as a whole. And so you can go to any major city across the US and see. The glass on a building, it's very external facing. People choose to work with Apogee because of the trust factor. We drive dependability and trust through actually delivering on the projects that we signed up for. We build trust with them, they know who they're working with. We want to make sure that our clients are coming back to us time and time and time again so we build long lasting relationships. We're not just thinking about what's in it for us. Yes, the building needs to get built, but how do we get the building built on budget, on time, with all the design elements the architects looking for? How do we make everyone happy? And we do. We do a really good job of that. That's what makes us indispensable. We bring a very high level of quality and we stand by our product. If something does happen to go wrong, we fix it out in the field for them. It's standing behind our product. And I like that pride. I see us as being solutions providers, not just selling products to people, but helping people identify solutions to their either problems or what their overall ambitions are for a building or a project. I think there's. Invasion and creativity and different levels. There's the product level and new product development. Also looking at how you're doing business and always asking the question of could you do better. There's a big emphasis on continuous improvement within our industry. Apogee has incredible brand value. Independently, all of these brands that fall under the average umbrella have always been seen in our industry as the best at what they do and generally when you're the best at what you do, whether it be from a product perspective or a service to the customer. Perspective, you're generally going to be rewarded with growth. We've put a firm foundation in place that we can build upon now. We've really strengthened our operational execution. We've increased the value that we can deliver to our customers. And now we're really pivoting to it's all about growth. The overall mission is really more relevant than it ever has been. When we were autonomous businesses, we were doing our own things. Now we're operating company under thy Silver Horns leadership. We have a strategy. We have a direction as one organization 1 corporation. What gets me excited is winning and winning through our people. We talk about people being in the center of everything we do, and we're very fortunate that we have a culture that pulls people like that in. And I think also being able to be connected to the greater culture of the African enterprise is a is another driving force. People are key to the company's success. And really it's the dedicated employees throughout our history that have made monumental contributions to our business. And now we have a responsibility to build upon that. We are one team. We are on one mission and we are Better Together. You know, as we've grown, we've, we've certainly had, you know, growth hurdles and challenges out there, but we've always found a way to, to overcome.
