Thanks Žaneta Javorská for sharing your research during the 1st #MCBPoster24 ! Nice to see organic chemistry allowing to prepare unprecedented molecular archictectures ! * During the DA reaction, how would you account for the endo/exo ratio improvment provided by the HFIP ? * You've only introduced very lipophilic and bulky aromatic groups in the position 10 of your analogues. Is this justified by the hydrophobic character of the targeted pocket ? Have you tried the reaction with heteroaromatic based Grignard reagents ?
