3moOne of the worst airlines for handling customer complaints, no respect, bad attitude and behaviour from employees of Egypt air. poor customer service, delayed response. I have forced to pay extra weight for only 2kg and even when I took the extra 2kg out if the bag, they refused and I have to pay 100$ at Cairo Airport. The employer is called Murad, he was very rude, and forced me to pay for the extra 2kg or will not be able to check-in at all. When I complained to We care Egyptair, no response, and difficult to reach to them. Is the CEo is there to solve these issues or at least reply to emails. I will never ever fly with Egyptair anymore
