Why is #youth needed around the table? Because YOUR decisions are part of the legacy THEY are already inheriting. At EIB Institute are committed to that. How? Here we have 30 young talented female STEM students who came from all over Europe to join our #EmpoweringEquityAcademy and the #UglyDuck24! They are the 1st cohort of the Academy; a recently launched brand-new inclusive initiative developed by the European Investment Fund (EIF) together with EIB Institute that provides a bridge for young female STEM & sustainability students into the investment career space fostering diversity and equitability in investment field. These are critical efforts considering that women are underrepresented in EU private equity, venture capital and private debt markets. The Empowering Equity Academy is here to empower students on their career journey and help #GP have a close lenses to the STEM fields and the younger generation as a sound board for their decisions.
