May is #OlderAmericansMonth in the US. Let’s use this opportunity to send a message to #CareerOneStop Centers and other #workforce development boards and associations. In the US, these are funded by the Department of Labor, businesses and state governments. These agencies should all be supporting #olderworkers, the fastest growing segment of the workforce. They need training to keep up their skills and develop new ones to stay competitive, just like everyone else. Unfortunately, the pickings are slim. This bias against people over 50 should end.
