Producing four types of drops by using droplet-based microfluidic chips: 1. Dripping 2. Squeezing plugs 3. Jetting plugs 4. Threading By understanding the dynamics of dispersed and continuous phase flow, we can manipulate velocity and tension to control droplet formation.
