🔳 Squareblack company workflow part 1: When booking a new client we NEVER sign up with them for long term. Always doing a 1-2 week initial sprint with an advance. The goal is twofold: ✅ We want to know how aligned our designs are with the client ✅ We want to be sure the clients aren't assholes. In the case of the former - we do a single argumentation exercise, if they're deaf to the arguments we fire the client. In the latter case we ALWAYS fire the client right after the transfer for the first test sprint clears. This is the only way to do our best work. Want more of "how we work?"

Should you tweak a customer's testimonial? Let's discuss. If you’re just making a few light edits (like changing a “your” to “you’re”) then you’re good to go. But if you’re doing some major cut-and-pasting, it’s best to run the final testimonial by the customer before posting it on your site. Most folks are totally cool with the edits. Especially if you make them sound smart. 🤓
