🤩 On May 23, Steven Vandeput, PhD. will represent our federation at Radical Health Festival Helsinki, a 3-day event bringing together people, data, and innovations to help scale prevention and precision in European healthcare. Steven will participate in a panel on the #reimbursement and adoption of #digitalhealth technologies, alongside experts from five other countries: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and, of course Finland. 🖤💛❤ During the panel, special attention will be given to three countries: France with its #PECAN model, Germany with #DiGA, and ... Belgium with our reimbursement framework for #mhealth solutions. Something to be proud of, being a small country in Europe. And at the same time, an encouragement to do even better? 💪 In any case, we are convinced Belgium can become a frontrunner in the use of innovative digital medical technologies to support healthcare providers and patients. That is if we dare to think radically outside the box from time to time. Also on our agenda in Finland? 👉 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀 with experts from Germany, France, and other European countries. 👉 𝗚𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 that we can bring back to Belgium to share with policymakers, our members, and other healthcare stakeholders. 👉 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 with #mHealthBelgium with stakeholders from other countries. Barcelona Health Hub can’t believe it, but… it’s over! 💔 #4YFN has come to an end and BHH is looking back on an amazing and successful conference, where so many of the BHH members gathered at the BHH Stand. And although it was the last day, there was still a lot going on today! The day kickoff with a powerhouse panel on the Sky Stage, organized by Barcelona Health Hub: under the guidance of BHH Ambassador Olga Insua of Angelini Pharma España & Angelini Pharma Portugal, the panelists discussed the roadblocks and breakthroughs in the pharmaceutical sector's digital transformation in the panel about "Pharma's Digital Adoption Challenges". At the same time, the Show & Tell sessions on the stage of CaixaBank DayOne were happening: Legit.Health, #FarmaDepresC, Health OneClick and 3dthinks got to show off their companies. It was followed by the panel "Navigating the Art of Fundraising", where tactics and financing strategies tailored to the unique needs and challenges faced by healthcare companies were discussed. But it wasn’t over yet! Later, on the stage of BStartup, the panel about "Empoderando al ecosistema de la salud" took place, where you could discover how emerging technologies, innovative collaborations, and changes in healthcare are empowering various stakeholders in the health ecosystem. It’s a wrap for now, but Barcelona Health Hub is already looking forward to meeting you all again. How can we explore the collaborative potential of multi-stakeholder and sector collaborations at an international level? 🌎 Multi-stakeholder and sector collaborations in healthcare are globally essential for several compelling reasons, driven by the complexity and interconnected nature of the health challenges we face today. Denmark has a longstanding and robust tradition of finding solutions through partnerships involving both public and private stakeholders across various sectors. These multi-stakeholder collaborations hold significant potential for creating innovative solutions. However, to effectively address the common healthcare challenges, international knowledge-sharing and cooperation is necessary. As part of Healthcare Denmark’s strategic priorities for 2024, we are therefore thrilled to announce that we are repeating the success from Tour de Health’22 – though this time without the Tour de France as a backdrop. In collaboration with Udenrigsministeriet, Indenrigs- og Sundhedsministeriet, and Erhvervsministeriet, Healthcare Denmark will host “Tour de Health’24 – Partnering for Sustainable Health Innovation” this October 💡 In a coordinated effort with the embassies in the 13 Danish health diplomacy countries, high-level governmental, non-governmental and other healthcare stakeholders are invited by Healthcare Denmark to join Tour de Health’24 in Copenhagen, Denmark. The conference will spotlight the power of multi-stakeholder and cross-sector collaborations in revolutionizing healthcare from both a Danish and an international perspective, as well as showcase Danish best practices including the Erhvervsfyrtårn Life Science.
