Ravi Garg my friend from, the Executive Leadership program by Rakesh Rana♟️ has posted a wonderful article on being grateful. I just wanted to add another point through #friendship to remain Grateful and practice gratitude. The circle of good friendship is so strong that one can only remain grateful throughout lifetime. It has immense power to amplify the positivity quotient surpassing all useless thoughts. To quote an example, a meetup of college Alumni after 2 decades evoked fun and painful events of adventurous college days. Surfing though these conversations an AAHA moment surfaced when one of us explained about his Forgive and Forget (that persona) practice to all unexpected, unpleasant events and people. The benefits of such experiences cannot be underestimated in a friend circle and I must remain grateful on this circle of everlasting strengths. Ask this to self, if I remain grateful to all those friends who have seen you, taken care of you, challenged you, referred to you to jobs, promotions, contacts for business growth, even help you get to your partner, list goes on... IF they wronged you, IF they don't respond, don't let your mind flushed up with doubts or grudges. Instead Forgive them and Disassociate the person from that #persona. We cannot know what was going through in their minds. But appreciate that human mind just "wants " thoughts" to be addressed and can take a shortcut to get that processing of thought. When you do this sort of gratitude practice, your mind shall choose to empty the unpleasant thoughts and help builds up a stringer the circle of control, impact and Influence. Its TRUST. And we can remain grateful for that in a lifetime. Thanks to Vishal Jain Krishna Prasad T G Gaurav Bansal Amit Pal for the friendship circle.

A right person by your side always fills you with confidence, positivity and helps you grow. Jineetha Jain I’m happy to have met you. Working under your guidance has been a defining experience. I take this post to express gratitude on the platform where we spend all our days working. It’s just the little things like - great work, keep trying, rework (with a belief in a better outcome), let’s work on this together, take a downtime, take it easy, be kind to yourself and so much more that kept me going.. Sympathy vs empathy has always been a conflicting idea for me. Today, at this point, I truly understand the impact of empathy in one’s life. I look up to you, admire your strength, kindness and honesty. I loved my work and a job well done, from the smallest operational tasks to the heaviest of executions, made me more competent. WLDD Private Limited thank you for the opportunity:) Ps: Jineetha Jain to many more pep talks and rant sessions beyond work :p

In the race of life, every person is wandering here and there, and we are forgetting the most excellent and best ways to live life. We are immersed in concerns about financial gain and wealth accumulation, but it is even more important to consider how we can achieve mental peace and happiness. How do we bring peace into our lives, and how do we improve the environment around us? We all need wealth, but it is not so essential that we overlook other important aspects of life. We need a good and healthy life, and it is important to remember that we cannot buy health, good sleep, or appetite with money. We must teach our future generations, our families, and ourselves how to live a healthy and happy life. The joy of life lies in spirituality, and we need to return to spirituality to truly enjoy life. This land of India, where great sages have lived their lives with ultimate joy and service, also teaches us to adopt the virtues of service, compassion, forgiveness, and kindness. These small virtues can help us lead a peaceful and meaningful life. Education also holds an important place in life. We should acquire as much knowledge as possible, and this knowledge should elevate our mental level and contemplation. If our mental level and thinking are elevated, only then can we lead a healthy, happy, and prosperous life. It is crucial for us to lead a balanced life. We should ensure that we have sufficient food, clothing, and shelter, and we should be thankful to God for this. We should be grateful for our beautiful bodies, good families, and good friends. If we reflect on and contemplate these things, we will experience a different kind of joy in life. Living life is an art, and if we learn this art, our life can be meaningful and happy. My request to you is to share this message with your community, friends, family, employees, and colleagues. Learn the art of living and move forward in this direction. Thank you! Yogacharya Krishna Avatar

What is your Idea of a Perfect Sunday Morning? ☕ Well, for me it was waking up at 8 AM and going for a teaching drive with the wonderful team at Project Kitab We facilitated a teaching drive which majorly focused upon providing elementary education to the kids who do not have the privilege of going to schools. As mentioned by Thehindu Live, approximately 50% of kids in India do not have access to quality education. But how many of us identify the need for our contribution towards the cause? Well, it is extremely convenient to celebrate Sundays partying with friends and family after a hectic week but what if I tell you about one of my experiences that will make you even more excited than going clubbing with your friends? THE BEST PART: After the session, a few kids came up to me and gave me gifts which they had made from paper just to thank me for coming and spending time with them. Also, while I was having a conversation with their coordinator the entire group of kids came and gave me a group hug just to say thank you! These gestures and just spending time with them made me extremely emotional and made me want to go and meet them every week. Believe me, it was one of the best sundays of my entire life because I received unconditional love from the people who I didn't even know a few hours ago! This is what makes me want to help them even more. If this is something that you think can be your calling towards giving it back to the society then DM me and let's do this together! I would like to say thank you to everyone at SANY AMERICA who has played a vital role in building and sustaining our Attachment Project at the ECDC. Being chosen to work on this project by a colleague has truly shown me what a mentor really is. When he talked, I listened and paid close attention and vice versa. He knows engineering and systems and I know how to manage people and implement processes. Our talent isn’t what made this project so successful, it was our respect and trust amongst one another for what we knew individually that made this project flourish. One thing, there was a slight language barrier and a few cultural differences. We identified this early on to be the key building block to our future success. Not understanding each other and knowing it made the job fun. We talked about family, music, travel, work, but the best life lesson was being introduced to the stoic philosophy. Stoic is a person who can endure pain or hardship without showing their feelings or complaining. If you want to be happy, have zero expectations. Don’t try to change others. Change how u deal with them. Most importantly if it makes sense, DO IT!!

MORNING WELL SPENT 😍✅ I attended a fantastic 3 hour speaker training this morning facilitated by Suzanne Waldron and Mo MacRae. A few powerful takeaways: 👉 Authenticiy is your superpower 👉 Be generous in spirit & attention 👉 What’s your number 1 CORE message? (hone in on this!) 👉 You need clarity, hence you need structure 👉 When you give the audience a pause, you’re giving them a gift (wow 🤯) 👉 Focus on transforming theory into action 👉 What does your visual presence say about you? 👉 What does your vocal presence say about you? 👉 People are processing people. So, give them time to process! 👉 Find the FIRE inside yourself and you will find the words 🔥 Speaking is my PASSION and I’m a huge believer that if you’re not learning…. Then what the heck are you doing?! 😂 I even had the opportunity to get some feedback on my on the spot speaking (and I was really bloody nervous 😅😅 go figure!!) It was amazing to get insights from other speaking professionals about how I can make my delivery even more impactful - ABSOLUTE GOLD! ✨ I absolutely LOVE learning about all things presenting, stage craft, storytelling mastery and immersing myself even deeper into the world of speaking. I feel so grateful to have had the opportunity to soak up all the delicious nuggets of wisdom from these two! Thank you thank you!!! 🙏🏼 Main takeaway? USE THAT BEAUTIFUL VOICE OF YOURS, BABY!! (and use it, imperfectly!) 😎
It's days like these that make the world work so beautifully. Thank you to all that attended the SPEAK with Conviction workshop today. Mo MacRae and I leave every single time feeling in the trusted hands of people who are communicating and relating in ways that touch others deeply, and for good reason. Annelise McCarthy, Amanda Hobley, Natasha Janssens (GAICD), Estelle Muller CPHR, Saran Chamberlain, Taliah Payne, Jacinta Harford, Nancy Kapur, Jenny Steadman, Brendan Wong - you make the world a better place. Much love from me and Mo x

Thank you, Souad Menif for encouraging me to share what I care about. Today, I want to take you on a journey through my life—one filled with dreams, struggles, and the powerful lessons I’ve learned. I care deeply about myself and my purpose, but I refuse to live and die like someone who didn’t matter." For the past three years, I’ve poured my heart into building my career and creating a meaningful presence. Leaving my job at Fortis Hospital was hard, but it was the start of pursuing my dream to establish my own startup. However, this path has been filled with challenges. In my relentless pursuit of success, I’ve often sacrificed moments of joy, especially travel. Traveling has always been a source of freedom for me. I remember my trips to Mount Abu, Rajasthan, and Ajmer Sharif Dargah, where I felt alive and connected to the beauty around me. One memorable experience was at Vaishno Devi, where I climbed alongside fellow pilgrims chanting "Jai Mata Di." The energy was palpable, and I felt a deep sense of community. I’ll never forget a small child who looked at me in awe and said, “I’ve seen someone who is truly happy.” His words reminded me of the joy I aim to keep alive. Recently, the absence of travel has affected my emotional well-being. I’ve always turned to adventures during tough times, and without that outlet, I find myself longing for the joy they brought. As I strive to build my startup, I hold on to my dream of becoming a prominent figure who contributes positively to society, inspired by figures like Ratan Tata. I want to make a lasting impact and empower others. The journey hasn’t been easy. I’ve faced days where I struggled to afford food and refused to ask my parents for help. During one difficult moment, a dear friend supported me when I was sick and couldn’t buy medicine. Those experiences taught me resilience and reinforced my commitment to my goals. So, to everyone reading this, how do you prioritize your passions and well-being? Life is too short to be consumed by busyness. Let’s embrace our desires and explore! The experiences we share and the memories we create define us. As I look to the future, I believe it’s never too late to pursue our passions. I dream of traveling again, meeting new people, and feeling that sense of freedom. Together, let’s make our mark on the world—one journey at a time. #whaticare #satyamranjan #mystruggle #buildingstartup #dietician #dietitian #love

Power of One Thank you my Carro Thailand team for the February performance, I appreciate your good teamwork, energy and efforts. Great things in business are never done by one person, they are done by a team of people who focus on the same mission. What I like most about the retail business is the month end closing when I can see all team members start to push the team, we can feel the energy flows and the adrenaline rush. Some with happy faces and smiling and some with sad faces and droopy eyes, maybe still short of one unit to hit the target. My personal advice to my team this month, learn from the mistakes and think about the Power Of One. Think about the extra one thing that can move the needle from bad to good and from good to excellent. If we had only done that one more thing that will make big improvement to our performance. If I sell one more… If I contact one more prospect every day.. If I create one more posting in social media.. If I completed the document one day earlier.. If I buyin one more stock everyday… If I created one more ticket everyday.. and Many more….. This is what I call Power Of One, the one extra thing that can make big impact to the performance. The extra one effort will be the key to make all the difference, extra minute when you talk to customers, extra kindness you provide to your clients, extra phone call you answered, extra ticket that you contact, the list is endless but the different is infinite. If you want to be the best, then the power of one is the distinguishing factor between good and excellent. All the best and let us together make March to be Excellent.

When Obstacles Become Opportunities Ever faced challenges that made you question your purpose? I did, while organizing my 4th media literacy workshop this year. System failures, health issues, and disappointing setbacks tempted me to cancel. But in prayer, I sought guidance. "What if obstacles are not roadblocks, but stepping stones?" I asked myself. God's response was remarkable. He didn't just overcome challenges; He transformed them into testimonies. Lessons Learned: 1. Prayer and faith can turn insurmountable obstacles into opportunities. 2. Sometimes, you're not the target audience; you're just the vessel. 3. God's plans are bigger than ours. Don't let obstacles define your journey. Let faith and prayer transform them into testimonies. Thank you for teaching me resilience Mayowa Adegoke Thank you for showing up and sharing so much wisdom Dr. Sammy Ajufo JP, MNGRM, CBMP Thank you for trust Oluwatumininu Balogun
