After enjoying a much-needed summer holiday, it’s time to jump back to work! 🎉 Today marks my 2-year anniversary at Kanpla, and what a wild ride it’s been so far! Instead of listing everything I’ve learned and accomplished, I’d like to highlight my most significant achievement: thriving in a role with no prior work experience or higher education. Here are my top 3 takeaways: 🤝 Surround yourself with supportive people. Having colleagues who are willing to share their knowledge and help you reach your goals is invaluable. 🌍 Dive deep into your industry. Understanding every aspect of the business helps you pinpoint where you can add the most value and achieve success with every customer or project. ❓Embrace the Power of Questions! It’s important to ensure you have all the information you need to succeed in every case. Without higher education or prior experience, asking questions is key. You can’t know everything from the start, so embrace curiosity and seek help when needed. I want to extend a huge thank you to my colleague and close friend, Tobias Seegert, for his incredible support and guidance throughout this journey. Your mentorship has been invaluable, and I’m truly grateful for everything you’ve done to help me grow. While I’m proud of the progress I’ve made, I know there’s still a lot to learn to remain a top-performing Customer Success professional. I’m excited for the challenges ahead and look forward to continuing this journey of growth and learning.
