Imagine being asked to design a system containing pathways from #mentalillness to #mentalhealth aligned with basic #humanrights ? Where would you start? Stephen Covey suggested starting with the end in mind. Sound like a vision to me. A vision, a goal, an aim - something that delivers from policy to outcome economically, efficiently, effectively (the why). Lived experiences of recovery offer solutions for those struggling & seeking answers (the how). Surely time to deliver services aligned to patient needs & expectations (the what)?
