we get scared when people say that we are so good. it's not that we don't want to hear it, but this is where expectations start. compliments feel like pressure to us—they are pressure, there is pressure to live up to them. we know we can do a lot more, but people unknowingly add so much weight to our shoulders. there is no room for failure and so we try, so hard. we can never escape the burden of these expectations and leave them behind. it is what we signed up for. we promised to be this good. we promised to be there. we even prayed for this. so in these days, as recovery is needed, service is needed, we prioritize you, our customers. there is not one arc electric + lighting customer that has to call someone else about their generator, we ALWAYS answer the call. we will always be there, that is our promise to you. it is something we take seriously. but everyday, especially on days like today, we turn people away who used someone else for their installation. no one can say they turn an arc electric + lighting customer away, because you call us and we answer. in these moments we simply cannot help those that used other companies for their install because we are dedicated to you. all of us. 100% your generators come at a price but you will always have peace of mind when you choose us. we are not cheap, but we are reliable. we are there when no one else is answering the phone. thank you for the pressure. we hope it never fades and we are always true to our core values. arcnotark.com | 281-909-4299
