Your Go-To-Market AI strategy is failing you... I was talking with a friend of mine the other day they hit me with a statement that really surprised me: “AI isn’t going to impact sales. People always buy from people and AI won’t have an impact there.” I’m not sure if I fully agree with that statement. AI is here and the organizations that find ways to incorporate it into their daily work will be at a strategic advantage over those that don’t. 💡In 2023 around 87% where playing around with AI and how to use it, but only 29% reporting using to great extent. And the numbers are nearly identical for 2024! What this tells me: ❌GTM orgs don’t have a good strategy on how to use it ✅And the first groups to figure this out will have a competitive advantage Yes, people are still going to buy from people, that I agree with. The successful GTM Teams are going to be the ones that incorporate AI into: ⮑ Personalizing engagement ⮑ Taking over repetitive tasks (keeping CRMs up to date) ⮑ Increasing conversion rate ⮑ Lead scoring ⮑ ... All of these will free up all the GTM functions to spend more time with the customer... exactly where you want your teams to be!
