Marketing + consumer privacy at Sourcepoint

As awareness of VPPA, CIPA, and state wiretapping laws grows, more companies are using consent messages to protect themselves against litigation. The irony is, these well-intentioned efforts often fall short. Many times, the consent messages don't match what's actually happening behind the scenes. Yesterday, Sourcepoint announced a solution that is designed to help mitigate the risks of digital tracking lawsuits in the U.S., including Unfair and Deceptive Acts and Practices litigation that can be an unintended consequence of incorrectly implemented consent methods. Key features include: • Comprehensive tracking detection, including pixels, session replay, chatbots, and more • Detailed parameter analysis to flag sensitive data • Consent management accuracy verification • Third-party vendor monitoring Kudos to Marina Pappa, Vincent Young, Julie Rubash, Brian Kane and the whole Sourcepoint team on this launch! If you're at IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals #PSR24 next week, stop by booth #235 for a demo! #PrivacyCompliance #DataProtection #DigitalPrivacy #TechInnovation
