I’m proud to be part of a team that truly invests in its people. Through my time spent out in the market and meeting with teams across our organization, it's apparent that our people are our greatest asset. Thus, I’m excited to share that PepsiCo Beverages North America has been named one of the 2024 Top 100 Inspiring Workplaces in North America. Guided by The PepsiCo Way, this recognition is a testament to our unwavering commitment to putting people first and creating an inspiring workplace that prioritizes sustainability and the employee experience. Anyone who enters our doors has the space to be their authentic selves, feel a sense of belonging, and have equal access to building a meaningful career. But this isn't accomplished alone... our vibrant and inclusive culture is cultivated through collaborative efforts - a principle I've found helps build resilient teams and drive sustained success. I’m curious… what changes have you seen or implemented in your workplace to prioritize sustainability and workplace culture? Let’s discuss. #PepsiCoProud #PeopleFirst #ASpaceToBeYou

Thanks for the shoutout and thoughtful reflection, Alai Umérez Sué! 👏 I appreciate you sharing my perspective on brand authenticity in the context of current events. It's a tricky balance for brands to navigate, and as you mentioned, staying true to core values and personality can be more impactful than chasing every trending topic. I agree that awareness of global events is important, but consistency in messaging and action is key to building trust and long-term consumer relationships.
Chief Impact Officer, North America, McDonald's | Purpose-driven leader with a passion for building innovative strategies to evolve and advance top brands
Quite a bit has occurred since we sent out this internal note early last week from the full US leadership team to the McDonald's US System (owner/operators, employees and suppliers). In the spirit of transparency, and because so many within the System and outside have asked for a place to refer to it still, sharing below. As a brand that serves almost 90% of the American population each year, what's important to know from us in this context is that we open our doors to all. Thank you to everyone in our System who brings this--and all our values--to life in various ways each day.

Wegmans Food Markets, Inc. came in at No. 1 for the ninth year in a row in fact, based on the criteria of positive employee feedback. The c-store chain Sheetz, Inc. took the second spot, followed by Target Corp. Coming in at No. 5 was Publix Super Markets, Other grocery, mass and c-store leaders in the top tier of the retail workplace rankings include Walmart (No. 7), Nugget Market, Inc. (No. 8), The Spinx Co. (No. 9), Island Pacific Supermarket (No. 11) and ALDI US (No. 18).

#ALDIpower | Saving time with our One-Stop-Office - “A life with ALDI” 🙇 Being in the primetime of your life can be challenging – juggling a job with a family, remaining friendships and hobbies, all while trying to eat healthy and taking care of yourself. Fortunately, the ALDI Nord Group is an employer, where it is possible, to keep it all at balance. That’s what todays episode of “A life with ALDI” is all about. 💻 Daniel Laag, Business Projects Lead, knows this challenge of keeping it all aligned. Therefore, it suits him and his stage of life, that he is able to save valuable time at our ALDI Campus in Essen: “Working at our Campus is like going to a One-Stop-Shop, because it is a place, where I can combine multiple things. I work, eat healthy and delicious meals at the restaurant and workout in the fitness centre after I’m done for the day. This saves me a lot of time, so I can spend as much free time as possible with my family and my friends. Another benefit I love about working at ALDI: I’m given the chance to participate in leadership workshops and not only improve my health and my work-life-balance at the Campus, but also myself as a leader of a team.” 💙 We are happy to provide our Campus as a One-Stop-Shop for our #ALDIcrew and being able to make a work-like-balance also for people in a very busy stage of life, like for Daniel, possible. #digitalisation #career #family #campus #aldinord

VP Kamala Harris recently reflected on her time working at McDonald’s, noting that her role in making fries “wasn’t a small job.” This perspective is a powerful reminder that every position—regardless of its perceived size—plays a crucial role in an organization’s success. Consider this: McDonald’s serves over 3 billion pounds of fries each year! It takes a dedicated team to meet that demand, highlighting the importance of every contribution. Each job requires unique skills and efforts, and no role should be underestimated. Whether in entry-level positions or leadership roles, everyone’s work is essential to achieving a common goal. Let’s celebrate the significance of all jobs and the hard work that goes into them. Every contribution matters. What are your thoughts on this? How have you seen small roles make a big impact? https://lnkd.in/eQv2JbVM

Imagine the ripple effect if, as leaders and allies, we all recognized our roles as crucial in creating safe, inclusive workplaces where everyone can show up authentically and thrive. Witnessing someone truly step out and into their own greatness is one of the most impactful things I’ve experienced as a leader. Watching them develop and grow in the organization fills me with pride, and I’m grateful knowing they felt safe and included in an environment that I helped create. And because they bring ALL of themselves to WK Kellogg Co… ✅ I’m a better leader. 📶 We’re a better company. 🌏 Our world is a better place. 💯 All facts. What is one thing YOU can start (or stop) doing this month to create a more inclusive workplace?
