Remote work is ruining everything! I can’t connect with my team the way I used to when we were in the office every day! As a virtual magician, the first five minutes of my show are always the most telling. Before the magic begins, I get a glimpse of the team interactions on Zoom—those candid, casual moments where they’re laughing, joking, and talking about things that have nothing to do with work. And honestly? That’s my favorite part. It’s in those moments I know: we’re all in for a great time. 𝐀 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 – 𝐁𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧! We took a break from our usual virtual meetings and gathered at the WeWork office of our choice to reconnect in person. ...There’s just something incredibly refreshing about sitting next to each other for meetings, rather than just in front of the screen. It was a perfect reminder of the power of in-person collaboration! 💻 ➡️ 👥 ➡️ 💓 Our day was filled with productive client meetings, where we could truly work closely together and dive into meaningful conversations. BUT it wasn't all business! 😄 We shared some laughs, had spontaneous chats, and truly enjoyed each other's company. 📸 We also made time for a little photo shoot (stay tuned for those posts!). 🍴 We wrapped up with a delicious lunch, enjoying great food and even better conversation. It was a much-needed day that reminded us of the importance of team bonding and the joy of being present with each other.
