This year's ImageTrend Connect Conference was my first, and even though bias is coming through here, this show taught me so much! The biggest take away? Fire/EMS agencies from coast to coast are all trying to accomplish similar, if not the same, goals in their departments and no one wants to "recreate the wheel." Every conversation helped me better understand the challenges and restraints departments are facing, as well as their pursuit angle in navigating adversity. Regardless of region, size of community, and software partners, we all can learn from one another and we should lean into that! RMS partners are merely a tool in your toolbelt to help use your response data to drive decisions, but it can't be done in silos. It takes everyone from the crews in field to leadership of the command staff to collaboration with other departments, in order to make it all cohesive. The gist...You're not in this alone. Keep pushing forward! Thank you to all of our wonderful customers who attended, as well as those who couldn't make it out this year!
