Align Support with Goals: Ensure your guidance aligns with their academic and athletic aspirations. 3. Be a Mentor: Offer advice and share experiences to help them navigate challenges. 4. Celebrate Achievements: Recognize and celebrate their accomplishments, both big and small. 5. Provide Resources: Make sure they have access to the necessary resources for success in both areas.
